Many people look forward to this last day as an important milestone. However, when that day comes, sometimes they feel afraid and helpless rather than triumphant.

"What do I do now?" you may ask yourself. "How do I live with such uncertainty?" The Cancer Transitions program (laid out step by step in the gray tabs on the right side of this page) is designed to help you transition past these worries and towards life after treatment.

The information provided here will help you learn skills to more easily, comfortably and pro-actively transition back to every-day life. Practical examples and information will teach you how to safely increase your exercise, eat healthy foods, feel better emotionally, communicate more openly with your friends and family, and take an active role in returning to wellness.
